The Public Sector Shared Network Contract (PSSN) is a Strategic Partnership between the Northern Ireland Public Sector and BT and is available for use by all Northern Ireland Public Sector bodies. The contract was signed in October 2018 after an extensive procurement process. PSSN provides a range of Telecommunications Services within a flexible, well governed contract which ensures economies of scale are leveraged to deliver best value for money.

What is the contract being used for?
The PSSN Contract provides a critical foundation layer for Digital Transformation across the Northern Ireland Public Sector. It enables Public Sector bodies to reduce cost and complexity, improve productivity and collaboration and leverage emerging innovative technology in an agile, secure and cost-effective manner.
